Ehhh, this episode wasn't that good. This is more like a filler episode after the super dramatic one the other week about the dinner.
If you remembered in this last post, I was praising how great it was for Meredith to try to be a bigger person by telling Penny that it's ok for her to work at the hospital. However, in this episode, Meredith was a big B****!! She was so mean to Penny and totally in denial about it too. She was mean to the point of cruel.
Everyone noticed it! Webber even had to go up to her to talk about it. But that opened up a whole new can of worms about how Webber knew that Penny was from the very same hospital where Derek died and he hired her anyway. Good thing he did because it's true that Penny is very qualified and doctors make mistakes all the time. That doesn't mean that they should be punished for it forever.
Thank God Meredith came to her senses that this would've been what Derek wanted too. Also, I'm proud of Webber for no longer coddling Meredith. However, I wasn't too proud when he seemed to ashamed of Maggie to introduce her as his daughter to his friend. But we all know that was his won shame not talking.
Also, it seems like April and Jackson's relationship is moving forward. YAY! My hope has been restored.
However, Alex barely got any screen time. Bummer.
