Olivia was so annoying in this episode. Especially when she was busted for helping her dad escape prison. By the way, why was Olivia's name on all the paperwork? And I mean this figuratively because there may or may not have been actual papers regarding Rowan's release. So yeah, wasn't it actually Mellie who got Rowan out of jail? So why isn't she getting dragged down for questioning?
