AOS always gives me the chills!! This is a major spoiler post so beware!
Firstly, Will is not Will. What??? Will is actually It, which is the thing that Hydra has been looking for. AKA, this thing killed the real Will and took over his body. When Fitz discovers this, shiver me timbers! It makes the hair on your neck rise.
Secondly, Andrew is released from his chamber by Gemma and kills all the Inhumans. This is discovered by May. Oh, Andrew, why did you have to disappoint us? I thought he would be better than this.
Thirdly, Ward is dead! For good. YAY! Coulson killed him with his new robotic arm, so now it's, "Sayonara, Ward."
Lastly, it was burned alive by Fitz's gun fire thing, but the "soul" inside crept into Ward's dead body and made it back to the real world. Now, Ward looks exactly like a zombie. It's beyond disturbing.
Good news is, though, that both Coulson and Fitz made it back alive. Also, the whole team survived! Good work, Mack!
