I didn't know Toby was dating someone new. And the daughter of Mrs. Hasting's rival! Okay, "rival" isn't the right word. Toby's new girlfriend (and soon-to-be fiance??) is the daughter of the person running against Spencer's mom for Senator. Awkward... It looks like they're pretty serious too since Toby is planning on proposing to her?!? Well, at least we won't have to feel bad for Spencer since she's with Caleb now!
However, Spence is still bothered by the fact that Toby's with someone else. I don't why, but she is. Okay, I do know why; I just don't want her to be bothered by it. It's a little irritating watching her being sad about Toby's soon-to-be engagement when she's with Caleb. Get it together, Spence!
In other news, Aria's dad might be Charlotte's killer?! All the evidence is pointing in that direction.
