In this episode, there's a big blast of the past for Meredith. This one hits home for both Amelia and Meredith because this patient is the first one that Meredith and Derek worked on together and now she's back. Amelia must operate on her aneurysm to save her life, but she feels extreme pressure because it was Derek's patient. Meredith's definitely not helping the case, constantly hounding Amelia for updates and breathing down her neck basically.

Thank god the patient lived in the end.

However, Meredith's actual patient Daphne wasn't as lucky. I really liked Daphne, so I'm sad they didn't let her live. She had a great story of turning her life around, and her son was on the way to meet. (Sigh.) Life is just so depressing.

Ughhh, I wished there were more April and Jackson moments. Like, seriously? The phone bill? That's the best they got? I just want to know how the drama will unfold once Jackson finds out.

Also, speaking of drama, Webber was so intense with DeLuca. It was so funny! HAHAHAHA! I don't like DeLuca and Maggie together anyway. However, Arizona made it pretty awkward in the operating room; she said things no dad would ever want to hear.

The episode wasn't all that exciting--just usual hospital stuff.

Enjoy!
