Men and their toys, I swear! In this episode, Vanessa and Mike's neighbor Helen Potts' husband has died, leaving Helen with a whole set of tanks as part of his war toys. Apparently, Helen Potts was Mike's (Tim Allen) former costar on Home Improvement. I'm not familiar as I've never watched, but they had good chemistry! However, it was a little awkward since Vanessa was there, and she's his wife now on Last Man Standing.
Well, anyhow, Mike is a tank collector too, and thus, he wants the tanks instead of letting Helen sell them off. So Helen had a buyer all lined up, but Mike chased her away with his stories and lies because he wanted them for himself. Mike is, as always, successful! However, he does a really nice thing with the tanks in the end! Good Mike!
Also, Vanessa has the corniest jokes! Sometimes, they're okay, but in this episode, they were pretty bad. HAHHAAH
Another problem is between Eve and Kirsten. Eve, also known as Bubbax, writes a bad review about the restaurant because Kirsten treated her poorly. At first, Kirsten can't admit to her mistakes, but in the end, she knows she's in the wrong. She even sets up a dinner as an apology to Eve while also serving as a sister bonding time.
Good for them!
This plot line isn't doing it for me. I want Eve to have more college stuff or a boy in the mix. Like, what about Baxter's son or Eve's ex? Or how about Scott, that chem partner of hers?
