A lot happens in this episode. Susan Ross decides to run for president, but not without a little help from David Rosen. And by "little help" I mean he freaking sweet talks and charms her into running for Liz. I wonder if David has real feelings for Susan. I mean, he does kiss her at Gettysburger. Is David finally going to break it off with Liz and go out with Susan?! Well, maybe another episode because it still looks like Liz has a hold over him.
Cyrus is leaving Fitz for good?! He's trying to get himself hired as someone else's presidential campaign manager so he can stay in the White House when Fitz's term ends. Well, that's Cyrus for you.
Speaking of Fitz, he's going out with this journalist girl? What?! However, the biggest shock that definitely takes the cake would be Olivia sleeping with Jake even after his underhanded scheme and deception!! C'mon, Liv, have some dignity.
