The Avengers are back and better than ever! This is the second Avengers movie and it displays all the old characters and a few new ones. In this movie, the Avengers are on a mission to save the world. What's new, right? Tony Stark creates a peace-keeping program called Ultron. OHH, PLOT TWIST. Ultron wants to destroy the Avengers and y'know, THE WORLD. So it's up to the Avengers to stop him. Him? Or is it "it" since Ultron is an A.I.? Well, whatever, it doesn't really matter anyway.

The movie was great!! It had a well-balanced mix of action and humor. Almost everyone is a comic-relief character, which I absolutely LOVE!! In the beginning of the movie, Cap tells Tony to watch his language when he says "shit." So now, everyone points out whenever someone, including Cap, says "a bad language word." HAHA its quite funny, really. But when it comes to who's the funniest, I'd have to say either Thor or Tony since their bragging is always so amusing!!

Everyone took turns on trying to lift Thor's hammer but to no avail and Thor prided himself on the fact that only he could lift it. That is, until Cap gave it a go. Cap moved the hammer just a little bit and Thor had the funniest facial expression!! He's was probably thinking "the hell??" HAHAHA but later in the movie, the Vision lifted the hammer and tossed it to Thor. EVERYONE WAS SO SHOCKED HAHAHA I love how this movie is consistent with its running gags.

DUDE, the Avengers' HQ is so freaking AWESOME!!!!!

OMG WANDA LOOKS JUST LIKE NINA DOBREV, ESPECIALLY IN DARKER LIGHTING!!!! But y'know the twins didn't look alike AT ALL. I mean, Pietro's blonde and Wanda's a red head? If they didn't tell us they were twins, I probably wouldn't have guessed it. Well, at least they both have the same accent!!

I LOVE how they incorporate the supporting characters from each Avenger's story. Like if you don't remember, Maria Hill, Sam Wilson, and Nick Fury are all from Captain America and James Rhodes is from Iron Man!!!

To be honest, it would've been better if they made Pietro's death sadder, like A LOT sadder. It isn't a super hero movie if nobody dies, right? I don't know, I thought it'd be nice if his death was actually tear-jerking, don't you think? But they didn't build his character up that well, so it makes sense why the audience didn't cry for him.

Natasha and Bruce though!!! I didn't know they were a thing?? Isn't Bruce a little too old for Natasha?? BUT SERIOUSLY, NATASHA AND BRUCE?? I kinda ship but not really HAHA

Yup, I think that's pretty much it! It's just your average Marvel movie with your basic format of "in the beginning, show how cool your characters are, in the middle, make them lose in a battle against the villain, and towards the climax, make them win in a second much cooler battle with the villain." Yup, it executes that quite well!! Definitely go see Avengers: Age of Ultron if you haven't already!!

But you should obviously watch the first movie before you watch the second!! And although some people don't, you should definitely watch all the Iron Man movies, all the Captain America movies, and all the Thor movies BEFORE you watch Avengers. Watching all these movies will certainly allow you to enjoy the movie to its fullest capacity. Y'know, because sometimes they bring in characters from each Avenger's own story like they did in this movie. And if you didn't watch their separate movie, you might be like "who the hell are you?" So that's why it's better to watch all the movies in order to understand the references and characters.

By the way, make sure you watch post-credits because there's a little scene where Thanos (from Guardians of the Galaxy) appears and says "Fine. I'll do it myself." Ohh, that reminds me!! You should also watch Guardians of the Galaxy!! It intertwines with Avengers as both movies are in the same Marvel universe. YAY CAN'T WAIT FOR THE INFINITY WAR!!! :)

Characters:

Steve Rogers / Captain America: Cap is the leader of the Avengers. He has superhuman strength, superhuman speed, superhuman endurance. Basically, he's a superhuman who lived during WW2 but was frozen in time before waking up in the 21st century. CAP IS MY FAVORITE AVENGER!!!

Tony Stark / Iron Man: Stark is the co-leader of the Avengers who funds the team with his billions of dollars. He fights using the Iron Man suit he created himself. He's kinda childish, making him say funny things all the time!!

Thor: Thor is the crown prince and soon-to-be King of Asgard. He uses his super heavy hammer to fight. He's also able to fly and is attributed with lightning!! THOR IS MY SECOND FAVORITE!!

Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow: Natasha is an ex-S.H.I.E.L.D. agent skilled in close-combat. She is a very flirtatious character and seems to show affection for Bruce Banner. She and Clint are BFFs!!!

Bruce Banner / The Hulk: Bruce, normally a scientist, becomes the Hulk when he's enraged. He and Natasha seem to have a thing, but he doesn't want to hurt Natasha, so he leaves.

Clint Barton / Hawkeye: Clint uses a bow and arrow as his primary weapon. He has a secret family that only Natasha knew about. He and Natasha are BFFs!!

Pietro Maximoff / Quicksilver: Pietro has super speed. Wanda is his younger twin sister and he seems to care a lot about her. He's basically Marvel's Barry Allen!! HAHA

Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch: Wanda has the ability to manipulate minds as well as being telekinetic. Pietro is her older twin brother. AND SHE LOOKS JUST LIKE NINA DOBREV!!!
