So in this episode, Nora is making an effort to become friends with Bonnie! Yay, I really love her character, and it would just be the greatest thing if she was on the good side. But I wish. One minute Nora is helping out Bonnie in a toy drive, the next she's staking Stefan with the Phoenix Stone dagger all because Valerie and Stefan kidnapped Mary-Lou, someone who she's supposed to be over but still apparently is madly in love with! And the worse thing is that it was a fake kidnapping with the purpose of drawing Julian out. Valerie and Stefan weren't actually going to hurt Mary-Lou, but what's done is done, and unfortunately, it looks like Nora is back on the bad guys' team.
Stefan is now trapped in his own personalized hell, and so is Damon since Julian stabbed him with the Phoenix Stone dagger too. Well, we already know, they don't stay trapped forever since we do see them walking out and about three years later.
Speaking of the future, Valerie and Stefan get together, making them the third couple to get together? Man, there are a lot of couples in the future. First, Caroline and Alaric; then, Bonnie and Enzo; and now, Valerie and Stefan! Or was it Bonnie and Enzo first and Caroline and Alaric second? Well, you get my point.
