This episode is a little contradictory. Apparently, Louis has a hard time being alone with the kids, but that's never been a problem before. If you ask me, I think it's weird because Louis has had moments alone with the kids before, and he did just fine.
I also don't really understand why Jessica allowed the "To-Go To Stay" thing. She loves money and maximizing profit—Oh! I actually just realized right now. She was trying to get back at the employees for being lazy duds. The staff gets the tips at the table, not the restaurant, so the only one it'd be hurting would be the employees who wait the table.
