The last time we see Brian, he was running away. In this episode, we see that he runs away to Russia. Why Russia, you ask? Well, remember that Piper girl we met a while back who was going to create the NZT shot? Well, Brian tracked her to Russia. After Brian gets her out of prison, they plan an operation to steal the last ingredient Piper needs to make the NZT shot. They have a nice couple of days preparing for the operation, and it all works out in the end, except for the fact that Sands finds out that Piper is still alive. Uh oh.
Piper is supposed to be dead, and Brian was supposed to kill her. Imagine what will happen to Brian. It can't be good.
